USER AGREEMENT of the website www.eadcdance.com

  1. General provisions.

1.1 The present Policy determines the procedure on the processing and protection by the Site Administration (hereinafter - the Administrator) of information about individuals (hereinafter - the User), which can be obtained by the Administrator when the User uses the services through the site (hereinafter - the Site, Service).

1.2 The purpose of the present Policy is to ensure proper protection of personal information that the User independently provides about himself when using the Site, Services or during the registration process (creation of an account) to purchase services from unauthorized access and disclosure.

1.3 The relations linked with the collection, storage, distribution, and protection of information provided by the User are governed by the present Policy and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.4 By registering on the Site and using the Site, the User expresses his full agreement with the terms of the present Policy.

1.5 In case if the User disagrees with the terms of the present Policy, the use of the Site must be terminated immediately.

1.6 The present Privacy Policy applies only to the www.eadcdance.com. Site. The Site www.eadcdance.com does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the User can follow the links available on the Site www.eadcdance.com.

  2, Principles of personal data processing.

2.1 The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the following principles:

  • legality and fair basis;

  • limitation of the personal data processing by reaching concrete, priorly specified and legitimate purposes;

  • preventing the processing of personal data incompatible with the objectives of collecting personal data;

  • preventing the unification of databases containing personal data, processing of which is carried out for purposes that are not compatible with each other;

  • conformity of the content and amount of processed personal data to the stated processing purposes;

  • preventing the processing of redundant personal data in relation to the stated purposes of their processing;

  • ensuring the accuracy, adequacy and relevance of personal data in relation to purposes of personal data processing;

  • destruction or depersonalization of personal data upon the achievement of their processing purposes or in the event of no further need to achieve these purposes, if the Operator cannot eliminate the admitted violations of personal data, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

  3. Purposes of processing personal information of Users.

3.1 The Site collects and stores only the personal information that is necessary for the provision of services or the execution of agreements and contracts with the User, except in cases where the legislation provides for the mandatory storage of personal information for a period specified by law.

  4. Terms of processing of personal information of Users and its transfer to third parties.

4.1 The Site stores personal information of Users in accordance with the internal regulations of concrete Services.

4.2 With regard to the User's personal information, its confidentiality is preserved, except for cases of voluntary provision by the User of information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons.

4.3 The Site has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.4 In case of sale of the Site, the purchaser acquires all obligations to comply with the terms of the present Policy in relation to the personal information received by him.

4.5 The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools. The processing of personal data of Users is carried out in accordance with the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-F3 "On Personal Data".

4.6 The administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

4.7 The Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

 

 5. Confidentiality of personal data.

5.1 The Site Administration and other persons who have obtained an access to personal data shall be obliged to refrain from disclosing to third parties or disseminating those personal data without the consent of the personal data subject, except as otherwise provided by federal laws.

 6. Additional conditions.

6.1 The Site Administration has the right to make changes to the present Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

6.2 A new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
